Return Policy:

 

Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased. All pieces must be returned in original condition, with original packaging/bag, including all accessories and tags attached.  You can return your order in 7 days after your package arrived. After 7 days, returns will not be acceptable.

You can send items back to us with shipment code we will send it to you using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Sorry, you can not exchange items for international orders.

When Will I Be Refunded?

 

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Locate the items you wish to return or exchange.

 

Print Your Shipment Code

 

Print your label and pack up your items. We’ll send you an email with your return tracking number.

 

Drop Off Your Return

 

Take your return to Shipment company we will indicate to you

 

Receive Your Payment

 

Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
